• Free Exchange for Faulty Pallets: If any pallets are delivered in a faulty or defective condition, we will replace them at no extra cost.

  • Our team will assess the claim and arrange a free exchange if approved.

• Conditions for Exchange:

  • Pallets must be in unused condition.

  • The defect must be due to manufacturing or shipping damage, not misuse or improper storage.
